Asset Infinity Field is an asset management and maintenance software licensed to organisations. Accounts belong to the organisation that licenses it — users do not register for themselves, and their employer creates and removes their access.
If your organisation licenses Asset Infinity, ask your Asset Infinity administrator to remove your account. They can do this themselves, and it takes effect immediately: access is revoked, and the copy of your work held on your handset is destroyed the next time that device is reached.
If you cannot reach your administrator, or you want to ask us directly, contact us at privacy@assetinfinity.com with the email address you sign in with. We will verify the request with the organisation that owns the account before acting on it.
Your user account, your sign-in credentials, your profile details, and the encrypted copy of site data held on any handset you have signed in to.
Maintenance records you created — work orders, readings, inspections, photographs and signatures — belong to the organisation that licenses the software, not to the individual who entered them. They are that organisation's operational and, in many industries, regulatory record, and they are retained for as long as the organisation's own retention policy requires. Your name may remain attached to work you performed, for the same reason.
To have that data deleted, the request has to come from the licensing organisation.
