Data Deletion

How to delete your Asset Infinity account, including the Asset Infinity Field mobile app, and what happens to the work you recorded.

Updated October 22, 2026

Asset Infinity, including the Asset Infinity Field mobile app, is asset management and maintenance software that organizations subscribe to. Most accounts are created by an organization’s administrator. Someone who starts a free trial creates their own account and is the administrator of their organization’s trial.

If your organization created your account

Ask your Asset Infinity administrator to remove you. They can do it themselves, and it takes effect at once: your access ends, and the copy of your organization’s data on your phone is deleted the next time the app connects.

If you created the account yourself, or can’t reach your administrator

Email privacy@assetinfinity.com from the email address you sign in with, and say which account you want deleted. If the account belongs to an organization, we confirm the request with that organization before acting on it.

What is deleted

Your user account, your sign-in details, your profile, and the copy of your organization’s data held on any phone or tablet you signed in on. If you delete a trial account you created, all the data in that trial is deleted too.

What your organization keeps, and why

Work orders, readings, inspections, photos and signatures you recorded belong to the organization that subscribes to Asset Infinity, not to the person who entered them. They are that organization’s operating record, and in many industries a record the law requires, so they are kept for as long as the organization’s own retention policy says. Your name may stay attached to work you did, for the same reason. To have that data deleted, the request has to come from the organization.

How long it takes

We act on verified requests within 30 days and confirm by email when the deletion is done.
